What this role involves
Mercor is seeking experienced Clinical Law Professors and Clinic Directors to evaluate AI-generated legal reasoning involving civil legal services. Experts will combine doctrinal knowledge, legal pedagogy, and practical supervision experience to assess AI-generated legal analyses. Review issue spotting, legal reasoning, and procedural analysis. Evaluate AI-generated legal responses. Assess scenarios involving housing, family, consumer, and debt law. Project Duration: Estimated 2–3 weeks. You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
Requirements
- Expertise in one or more civil legal practice areas.
- Experience with housing, family, consumer, elder, or disability law clinics.
- Direct professional or academic experience relevant to Clinical Law Professor / Clinic Director
- Ability to complete the role-specific evaluation or contribution work described by Mercor
- Ability to meet the current location and availability requirements
