What this role involves
Mercor is engaging experienced investment-banking professionals to evaluate how well AI systems perform real-world banking work. Contributors define grading criteria and score AI-generated and human financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and board or committee materials, with detailed written justifications and reviewer-driven iteration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional investment-banking experience at associate level or above
- Experience at a leading global investment bank or elite advisory boutique across M&A, coverage, or capital markets
- Deep fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling, including DCF, LBO, comparables, and merger math
- Strong valuation judgment and familiarity with deal-process materials and bank-quality formatting and accuracy standards
- Exceptionally strong written communication
- Consistent, detail-oriented judgment and comfort with peer review and calibration
- Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a plus
