Contributors define grading criteria and score AI-generated and human market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, client-ready slide decks, and implementation roadmaps, providing detailed written justifications and iterating from senior-reviewer feedback.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional management-consulting experience
- Experience at a top-tier strategy or management-consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent
- Deep fluency in structured problem solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and slide-based executive communication
- Exceptionally strong written communication
- Consistent, detail-oriented judgment and comfort with peer review and calibration
- Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a plus
