- Python backend, open-source library, DevOps, infrastructure automation, or testing-framework experience
- Ability to review code for readability, maintainability, software design, and engineering best practices
- Strong GitHub workflow familiarity, including branches, issues, pull requests, and code reviews
- Strong English communication skills
