Requirements
- Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer
- We’re especially interested in candidates from MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce, though strong B2B SaaS sales experience from similar companies is also welcome.
- You’ll help create, review, and simulate realistic sales pipeline scenarios, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, objections, follow-ups, customer roleplay, and deal progression.
- Strong candidates understand how modern SaaS sales teams operate, including AE-led pod structures with SDR/BDR, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Ops support.
